..Panorama Cologne at Night... by FelixInden ..Panorama Cologne at Night... by FelixInden
Panorama shot in Cologne on one of the most photographed spots.

On the left you see the Deutzer Bridge on the right the Hohenzollernbridge framing the cathedral and the old town.

a really good Panorama, the colors of the sky are great. that must have been a starry night.
1. The Vision / Idea:
there a so many panoramas of the cologe Skyline, that is the reason for the 2,5 stars. i made such a panorama by myself.
2. Originality:
okay, a million photo's of this Skyline every night, but this is a great example of clean & well balanced light...
3. Technique:
hmm, perfekt stiched ? the resolution is to small to see errors in stiching, if there any. I don't know the stiching software, PS CS5 ? Okay, in my opinion, the bridge on the left (Deutzer Brücke) iss too big, maybe you can tune a litttle the perspective...
4. Impact:
what should i say, my city, great colors, very clean, & a great work with potential to be a little bit better, manybe...
nevertheless respect to the artist for this work!

uff, first of all thanks for your kind words! i took it some month ago, but i think it were like 16 vertical shots, each 3 exposures and then fused. I am always in between been distracted by the bigger bridge and finding it interesting the way it is. Here you can see another version of the same view with less distortion.
